IMPLEMENTING Art. 13 RODO (REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.     3. adding new contractors to customer databases and files - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing for the implementation of the legitimate interest of the Administrator (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), which is ensuring the efficient organization of the Administrator and maintaining cooperation;    
    4. marketing - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing to implement the legitimate interest of the Administrator (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), by conducting direct marketing of its products and services. Marketing will be carried out in particular by entering you into customer databases, sending the ordered information and marketing offers to the e-mail address provided, presenting them by phone.
