Research work and pilot tests
Pilot studies, otherwise known as trial studies, are carried out in order to test whether the selected technology will proceed as planned and will allow to obtain specific data. Watersystem offers the possibility of conducting pilot / test trials on devices from its offer. These tests clearly illustrate the achievable filtration effects and often encourage future users to install the target devices.
Projects
The basic design takes into account specific parameters, the results of laboratory tests and pilot tests, design requirements and the client's budget. With the determination of the basic design, the technological process and its main components are determined. Necessary construction activities are defined. The costs of installation and operation are also determined. At this point, Watersystem is developing a detailed offer for the delivery and assembly of devices and equipment.
Delivery and construction of installations
Due to the high expectations of customers, Watersystem builds most of its devices in its own workshops. The plant components and modules are thus prefabricated so that they can be quickly assembled on site without compromising quality, while saving time during assembly at the customer's site.
Installation start-up
Installations for the treatment of process water and process wastewater are often launched in parallel with the launch of new production.
