HYBRID FLOTATORS
Hybrid flotators enable the recovery of water from industrial wastewater containing high initial concentrations of suspensions and oils. The technology of combined flotation and filtration processes also allows the removal of bacteria, heavy metals, hydrocarbons and turbidity.

The return on investment costs of the hybrid flotation installation depends on the amount of treated wastewater and the costs of its disposal. However, in many cases, e.g. for the metalworking industry, it is only 1.5 years.
- the system can accept large loads of pollutants (oils 30,000 mg / l; total suspensions 5,000 mg / l) treatment efficiency: oils <5 mg / l, total suspensions <1 mg / l
- high water recovery rate: 90 - 95%
- Possibility to work with medium (sewage) with high temperature, up to 50ºCpH in the range of 2 - 13
