Upgrading sludge management in the municipal sewage treatment plant in Czerwińsk on the Vistula River

The use of the Volute ring press increased the efficiency of sludge dewatering and enabled continuous, fully automated operation of the plant without having to stop the dewatering process.

Replacement of bag filtration technology with the Volute ring press:

• installation of the Volute ring press,
• installation of a screw pump unit,
• installation of a screw conveyor,
• installation of polyelectrolyte diluting and dosing station,
• installation of the control system for the sludge dewatering system,
• system commissioning with the control and measurement automation system.
