Boiler water treatment plant

The task was to expand the existing boiler water treatment plant from 20 m3 / h to 30 m3 / h. For this purpose, the deep water was first aerated, and then by reducing iron and manganese on two automatic pressure filters with a diameter of 1200 mm, it was directed to the reverse osmosis system. Before the R.O. antiscalant is dosed into the system. After demineralization to the value of 8 micrS / cm, the water is directed to the storage tank. The next stage, before supplying water to the steam boiler system, is automatic water hardness checking and, if necessary, emergency water softening in columns filled with strongly acid cation exchangers.
